Alert

On February 18, 2021, CashOne came to the attention of BBB. At that time a Scam Tracker report was received from a consumer claiming they had been solicited by the business and offered a loan. The consumer stated, "I was contacted and told I was approved for $1500 loan but that my credit score was a little low and to get it up to 630 they just need to make a deposit into my account for a few hours then I will send that money back then they will send me my $1500. I told them that doesn’t sound legit. Why would I have to do all that to receive money? So they send me $750 and per their request I send it right back s they claim PayPal never sent it! I of course confirmed with PayPal and the $750 they sent ME first was fraudulent! It bounced! So my account is overdrawn $750!"

CashOne advertises the following locations:

4742 W Copper Brook Cir #3PMB, West Jordan, UT 84088

304 S Jones Blvd, Ste 2599, Las Vegas, NV 89107

539 Commerce Street, Ste 1461, Dallas, TX 75208

According to an internet search, the Utah address is residential. The Las Vegas and Texas addresses are locations managed by physicaladdress.com, a third-party service that provides a "Real Whole Address, Real Looking Suite#". For BBB reporting purposes, these "virtual offices" do not qualify as physical locations for a business.

On December 6, 2021, BBB sent a letter to CashOne requesting clarification on their physical location(s), including the location of their headquarters. The business responded on December 7, 2021, stating that their Texas location was their headquarters. The business's Privacy Policy, however, states "We are CashOne.com, and we are based in Las Vegas, NV 89107, USA.". When pressed for additional information and questioned on these contradictions, the business replied with a link to their website's "Contact Us" page. As of January 10, 2022, the business has stopped responding.

On December 6, 2021, BBB attempted to locate entity registration for CashOne in Utah, Texas, and Nevada. While some expired registrations were located for the State of Utah, as of January 10, 2022, BBB has been unable to locate any active state entity registrations for the business.

Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of CashOne.
