          On 10/23/2018, BBB reached out to Larsen's Chem-Dry in regards to the claim "Using a natural, green-certified carbonated cleaning solution that's heated to over 200 degrees, millions of tiny bubbles penetrate to the base of your carpets to lift dirt, grime, dust and other allergens to the surface." on their website. The Code of Advertising 36.1.1 reads "Advertisers should not make broad, unqualified general enviromental benefit claims like "green" or "eco-friendly."" Larsen's Chem-Dry has not substantiated their claims.
