- Advertising Review:On October 9th, 2019, BBB Serving Utah and Northern Nevada requested that the company substantiate, modify, or discontinue its advertising claims which included Lowest Price, Comparison With Own Former Selling Price, Objective Superlative, Made In USA/Canada, and Superiority Comparatives Disparagement claims.
The BBB Code of Advertising states that, “The primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any claims or offers made before publication or broadcast and, upon request, present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or the Better Business Bureau.”
As of November 12th, 2019 the business has failed to respond, therefore, it did not substantiate, modify, or discontinue all advertised claims brought to its attention.
