          In November 2024, BBB opened an investigation looking into the business practices of Professional Development Agency, LLC. This investigation was prompted by a BBB Scam Tracker inquiry and a complaint. Both of these submissions alleged charges for items that were either not sold as promised or were incorrect upon delivery.

          BBB reached out to Professional Development Agency, LLC for comment, but as of December 6, 2024, BBB has not received any response.
