Pattern of Complaints
On November 30, 2015 BBB received a complaint and found similar claims from consumers online stating Kevin's Bulldogs required customers to pay $500 in advance for a puppy via money gram. Then, hours before the puppy is supposed to be delivered, the company demands an additional payment of $1800, which was never disclosed in advance, for pet insurance. Reports indicate the puppies are never delivered. BBB has also not been able to find any business licensing for this company nor do we have an accurate physical location for the business. BBB sent an email to the company asking for a response to these claims. As of December 9, 2015, BBB has not received a response from the business.
