            We purchased the sock + cam bundle in June 2020 for our son coming home from the ***** It worked great until this whole deal with the **** The products dont work as expected or like they did before ever since. I have contacted support multiple times and try to blame it on my internet speed (which is not the case as I have spoken to my internet provider and they tested the internet speed/strength and advise it is sufficient to support both the sock + cam) Support only told me that the sock was pretty much discontinued and offered me a small discount to purchase the newer model which then wasnt even available to purchase. Now the camera will not stay connected to the app and is pretty much useless. No help from support they just say they are working with the *** to work on a new app but that email was sent out 11/16/2021. Pretty much spent hundreds of dollars on junk.
