          This business has violated BBB's name and logo policy and has falsely stated BBB accreditation (or membership) or referenced BBB's name in an unauthorized manner, despite BBB's efforts to get the business to cease using BBB's trademark. This use of BBB's trademark constitutes trademark infringement and is a violation of trademark rights of the International Association of Better Business Bureaus. On November 13th, 2019 the Better Business Bureau challenged the advertising claim found on their website www.utgaragedoors.com. The business failed to respond to the BBB. Therefore they did not substantiate, modify, or discontinue the claim.

          On November 13th, 2019, the Better Business Bureau challenged the advertising claims "Lifetime Warranties", "A warranty backs all work we do. The same goes for the parts we use.", and "AWARD WINNING GARAGE DOOR REPAIR", among other claims, which were found on their website www.utgaragedoors.com. Per BBB Code of Advertising, "The primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast. Upon request, they should present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB."
