Terrible service! They take forever to respond back, if they even do. I have never in 20 years of business received so many letters from the *** due to what I believe is errors. I never paid in so many taxes. I thought you where suppose to save me money! Now I have to pay someone to fix all the errors. I am extremely disappointed. Please dont let them scam you.

DO NOT USE TAX SENTRY!!!This company and what was promised through the whole sales pitches at the National Achievers Congress conferences is a scam and joke. They promise so much and deliver zero after you pay up front. They make it seem like you are saving a ton of money with package deals and then you are told much later that the sales people misspoke and they don't even do half of what was promised. They make excuses rather than telling you this upfront in order to keep you on the hook to prepay for another year while they are "finishing up the previous years stuff".They are impossible to get ahold of, have terrible follow through and communication and I have had an audit of simple missed things from 2019 which they are taking their time fixing and I have had to get extension with the *** twice due to their delays. They had the documentation but still missed two areas which almost cost me another $9k if I hadn't stepped in and did the work myself to find their mistakes & get ahold of the *** myself. And yes, a month later, I am still waiting for them to turn things in to resolve the issues and show me proof.They do not care how much time and stress it is costing you either. I have had to do all the work, caught mistakes time and time again, just to have them take forever with every excuse in the books as to why it isn't turned in, why I do not need proof of what they are reporting to the ***, etc. They do not even look at or use the documents you upload for reporting half of the time. They use this tactic to stall saying you didn't turn in things when you did but since it takes you 3-4 weeks to get ahold of them each time.I've had much better service from discount chain tax brands and even doing my own taxes and much cheaper. Tax Sentry is a nightmare to work with!
