          In May, 2020, BBB investigated Short Pump Properties, LLC's business practices.  This investigation was prompted by a review of their application for BBB Accreditation.  

          BBB requested Short Pump Properties, LLC to provide more information including any disclosures explaining their services to customers, Procedures for ensuring that fees are not paid by consumers until they have achieved any promised improvements in credit ratings, scores, or reports, First-time home buyer programs, and the benefits of their first-time home buyer programs.  BBB also requested Short Pump Properties, LLC to explain how they assist customers in the areas of foreclosure avoidance, debt removal, and bankruptcy.

          As of July 1, 2020 BBB has not received a response from Short Pump Properties, LLC.
