Since December 2015, the BBB of Houston & South Texas has received multiple disputes that exhibit the following pattern.
According to consumer disputes, it has been alleged that Gyrosk8 has been accepting payment for merchandise in advance and then not delivering. The consumers have alleged that they are receiving order confirmation and tracking information for their order, but the merchandise does not arrive. The consumers are also alleging that they are having difficulty reaching the business to request order status or a refund. The company website site is no longer operating. The company does not respond to or resolve the disputes via the Houston BBB.
