Insurance itself isn't a problem. The agents suck and don't take no for an answer. I get calls and voice mail from them constantly. I'm about to block them, that's how relentless it is

Hello, I have had this insurance plans for many years with this company, over the first few years it was always to meet a rep to go over coverage, at which was always pressured to increase with more coverage, or more plans, it is for sure all about sales, and about the reps, I did not ever meet with the same one which if I had I would have felt much better. During the covid times of course never a face to face, instead a zoom in which the rep that I was on zoom with was not sure of everything about my coverage plans, instead had to hold another zoom with a supervisor, and to me was nothing more than pure pressure. And as of recent a term plan in which I was being lured towards rolling into a different plan at which I was told was going to be $300.00 plus a month, on top of all the premiums I pay now, so instead I'm told that because I am not rolling over the term life, that my long term illness is going to be dropped. Honestly, while on the phone with the reps, it is a very uneasy feeling of pure pressure with no clarity of other than more money. I will not refer anyone to American Income, the SALES is to much pure pressure.American Income Life Insurance Company Response
