Ad Review
On February 9, 2017, BBB Serving North Central Texas requested that RxHomeo, Inc. substantiate, modify, or discontinue a multitude of advertising claims on the company's website. The business advertises that its homeopathic products can treat or assist with diseases and conditions such as "Alopecia" (baldness), "Herpes", "Ulcers", "Glaucoma", and many more, while also using the term "Rx" in its name without having a licensed pharmacist on staff, and advertises.
The BBB Code of Advertising states, "Claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data."
As of October 23, 2019, the business has failed to substantiate any of the noted advertising claims.
