Pattern of Complaint:
Since July of 2016, the BBB of Houston & South Texas has received numerous disputes that exhibit the pattern below;
It has been alleged by consumers that the sales and practices of Seamless Industries company are misleading and deceptive. All (or most) of these consumers have complaints stating that after paying a deposit for a booth, days later they receive an email stating the event is canceled. They alleged that when they contact the company for a refund, their emails and phone calls go unanswered. Allegedly, this company does not provide refunds to the consumers. Several complaints state the company has poor customer service and is a scam.
