Pattern of Complaints
Since June, 2012 the BBB Houston began receiving complaints that are exhibiting the following pattern.
According to consumer’s complaints, they are alleging that they are purchasing used engines that are advertised as low mileage and in good condition but when the engines are received, they are not in working order. When the consumer requests to cancel an order, ask for a replacement engine or a refund, they are being told a new engine will be sent or they will receive a refund.
