On 02/16/2023, BBB reviewed Diamond 420's website and noticed the health claims about easing pain and other medical issues requiring substantiation.
BBB found that these health claims were in violation of the BBB Code of Advertising, specifically 34. Claimed Results- Claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data. The
Pattern of Complaints
Since February 2020, the BBB of Houston & Greater South Texas has gotten numerous customer complaints on Diamond 420 that exhibit the pattern below;
It has been alleged by consumers that Diamond 420 has not sent the correct ordered product to consumers. Consumer's inquiries on returning wrong product or to receive a refund have not received a response from Diamond 420. Our office has forwarded several complaints to Diamond 420 to be addressed; to date, only one response has been received.
