          Texas State Securities Board v. Advanced Wellness Services, LLC, DBA Wellnesstech Health, Recovery Management International and Randall "Randy" Johnson

          On March 7, 2019 the business was ordered a Emergency Cease and Desist Order with Texas State Securities Board.  The Emergency Cease and Desist Order was brought to stop the illegal and fraudulent sale of securities tied the the financing, placement, management and servicing of medical equipment.  

          The Enforcement Division of the State Securities Board found after meeting with the State Securities Board Advanced Wellness Services, LLC continued to violate the Securities Act even after meeting with the State Securities Board.  

          Advanced Wellness Services, LLC, Recovery Management International, and Randall "Randy" Johnson offered potential investors to opportunity to purchase investment tied to a WellnessTech System for $50,000.  Texas State Securities Board told Mr. Johnson that the investments tied to the WellnessTech System were regulated as securities, they continued to offer investments tied to the WellnessTech System in violation of the registration and disclosure requirements of the Securities Act.  

          After meeting with the Enforcement Division Mr. Johnson continued to offer investments tied to the WellnessTech System in violation of the agreement.  

          It was ordered Advanced Wellness Services, LLC, Recovery Management International, and Randall "Randy" Johnson to immediately cease and desist from offering for sale any security in Texas until the security is registered with the Securities Commissioner.  It was also ordered to immediately cease and desist from acting as securities dealers or agents in Texas until properly registered with the Securities Commissioner.  They must also cease and desist from engaging in any fraud in connection with offering any securities in Texas.
