The mission of ProAction is to promote and maintain community services through a clinic without walls. Screening, preventive, education and emergency medical services will be provided to all persons in need. Referrals to more conventional services will be made where appropriate.No citizen of the El Paso area will be deniedaccess to services based on age, race, financial status, or any other traditional demarcation factor.
