          Refund and Exchange Policy

          Accessories that are purchased directly from AwsWireless may be returned by Customer in accordance with AwsWireless's "Total Satisfaction Return Policy." The Total Satisfaction Return Policy provides that Customer may return, any product purchased from AwsWireless for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving product. Refunds or credits will not include any shipping charges and customer shall be responsible for a 20% restocking fee for each product returned and shall also be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless AwsWireless was cause of error. Customer must complete a return form and enclose it with the product to be returned. We will not accept any returns over 30 days old, period.
