- As a custom security system installation company, we stand by our work and will do whatever it is to make you
happy as a customer. In the event you are not 100% satisfied, we will honor a PARTIAL money-back refund under
the following guidelines.
PRODUCT REFUNDS
We will honor a refund for PRODUCTS purchased from and installed by New Generation Home Pro, Inc. within
seven (7) days after install completion. Products are defined as the PHYSICAL EQUIPMENT of our systems
including, but not limited to, security cameras, NVRs, hard drives, alarm panels, sensors, etc. If a refund is approved,
the amount refunded will be the purchase amount of the product(s) plus any applicable taxes.
In order to receive a product refund, our technicians will come out to professionally remove the unwanted
equipment and determine if it’s in the same condition as it was when installed. Any damaged equipment or
equipment handled by someone other than a licensed New Generation Home Pro, Inc. technician will not be
eligible for refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS.
LABOR FEES
New Generation Home Pro, Inc. has a strict NO REFUND policy on our labor costs and fees. All sales are final on
the labor portion of our installations and not eligible for a refund request like our products.
Should you decide to cancel your security system before installation is complete, you will still be charged for labor
services and time spent. We also reserve the right to charge for the full ESTIMATED labor costs even in the
event you cancel before completion. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
New Generation Home Pro, Inc. has the right to refuse service to anyone at any given time prior, during or post
