          On September 9, 2019, BBB opened an investigation on Frenzy Outlet, an online retailer claiming to do business out of 3361 Boyington Drive, Suite 240, Carrollton, TX 75006. This investigation was prompted by concerns in consumer complaints and scam tracker reports related to a similar online retailer claiming to do business at the same address.

          BBB requested the company's cooperation in providing documentation that identifies the address where Frenzy Outlet's executive and administrative staff is located. Likewise, BBB requested a detailed description of their affiliation, if any, with Modicious.

          Additionally, BBB has been unable to locate an active business registration for Frenzy Outlet authorizing the company to conduct business in Texas.

          BBB requested the company's voluntary cooperation in verifying the company's legal authority to conduct business in Texas, providing a physical address for the company, and provide information regarding their affiliation with a similar online retail company. As of November 22, 2019, Frenzy Outlet has failed to respond to BBB's inquiries.
