          In March 2023, BBB investigated Buda's Flooring Store, LLC's business practices.  This investigation was prompted by consumer complaints alleging they paid a deposit upfront for contracting a job and experienced difficulties communicating and scheduling with Buda’s Flooring Store, LLC.  Consumers also allege incomplete jobs and installation issues including broken tiles, quality, and incomplete projects. 

          Buda's Flooring Store, LLC failed to respond to BBB's written requests to address the underlying concerns and BBB was unable to leave a message requesting the business to address the underlying concerns as their phone mailboxes were full or not accepting calls at the time.
