Pattern of Complaints

This company has a pattern of complaint alleging billing and collection issues and customer service issues. Specifically, consumers report their vehicles are booted even when permits are displayed. When proof is shown to the company, they refuse to provide a refund of charges. Consumers further complain that although Metro Nashville ordinance 6.81.170(E) states that it is prohibited and unlawful to fail to remove the boot within one hour of being contacted by the owner or operator of the vehicle that has been booted, they had to wait anywhere from over 1 hour to 5 hours. Additionally, consumers state that the employees and management are rude and hang up on them when they call. They further report a manager will not contact them about an issue even though employees tell them a manager will be in touch.

BBB contacted the company to request their voluntary cooperation in resolving the unanswered and unresolved complaints as well as their cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaint; however, the company failed to respond.
