Bradford J Moss plead guilty in Wilson County Court on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 to forgery over $60,000 and theft over $60,000. According to the investigation from the TBI and District Attorney there is an estimated 50 investors who were defrauded out of $4 million for a new Mt. Juliet car wash. The statement reads, Moss sold shares of stock as a way to defraud investors out of money. The plea includes an agreement for Moss to receive a 10-20 year sentence on each count. Also an agreement that Moss owes between $1.5 and $1.7 million in restitution to the victims with the exact amount to be determined at a sentence hearing scheduled for October 4 at 10:00 am. This matter is still pending.
