          • Used furniture for sale is sold in as-is condition. New furniture purchases require a 50% down payment, the remainder of which is required upon completed installation. We assume no liability for product damaged during customer installation. If a customer has issues with product, delivery or service we're committed to making it right. We have several avenues for recourse on a case-by-case basis including exchange, repair, interim replacement and redeeming the manufacturer's warranty.
