          On September 16, 2022, BBB opened an investigation into the business practices of Collier Remodeling. At the time, BBB had received  4 unanswered complaints in reference to the company not completing various home remodeling and renovation projects after paying the project retainer. Consumers state they receive a response from the business promising to complete the agreed upon projects or issue refunds, but eventually they no longer receive any response regarding the projects or refunds.

          BBB has not been able to make contact with the business / owner nor received any response from the business owner regarding the recent complaints. BBB advises consumers to exercise extreme caution when considering purchases with this business.
