Better Business Bureau (BBB) is informing consumers and businesses about the marketplace conduct and complaint history of 4L Home Remodeling, LLC, a company that is an internet sales business.

Consumers have reported that they have paid upfront for services, partial services were rendered, issues with work that was done and businesses failure to return to complete job or provide refund.

On February 26, 2021, 4L Home Remodeling, LLC was informed of this concern and invited to discuss the pattern of complaints and determine ways in which the pattern might be alleviated. 4L Home Remodeling, LLC has failed to respond to consumer complaints and BBB Serving Central SC and Charleston's correspondence.

As of March 11, 2021, 4L Home Remodeling, LLC continues to have unanswered complaints and remains invited to contact BBB to discuss the concerns of their consumers concerns.
