Advertising Review
On March 4, 2021, Better Business Bureau challenged the company's website statement claiming they are "The Upstate's #1 Fence Contractor". According to BBB Code of Advertising, using statements about tangible qualities and performance values of a product or service are objective claims for which the advertiser must possess substantiation for their #1 claim as they can be based upon accepted standards or tests. To date, the company responded to the claim that it would not be repeated, however, the company has failed to modify the advertisement or substantiate their claim.
