* Consumer Credit Counseling Services: FSC is a non-profit credit counseling agency with offices in Columbia, Camden, Florence, Orangeburg, Rock Hill and Sumter. We offer confidential and professional financial, debt, and housing counseling; a Debt Management Program; and low-cost and free workshops to increase financial literacy among youth and adults.
* Free Dental Clinics: FSC provides free preventive and restorative dental services to low-income children and adults in Richland and Lexington Counties.
* Success for Life: The goal of this program is to prepare "at-risk" youth for successful employment as adults. Services include educational assistance, tutoring, life skills training, mentoring, job shadowing, internships, job placement assistance and financial assistance.
* Work/Life Solutions: This is an employment program funded through the U.S. Department of Labor's Workforce Investment Act and is designed to assist eligible unemployed and underemployed individuals in obtaining and retaining stable employment. FSC operates this program in two different WIA regions - the Midlands and Santee-Lynches (Sumter, Clarendon and Lee Counties) - including the management of One-Stop Centers in Bishopville, Camden, Columbia, Lexington, Manning, Sumter and Winnsboro.
* You First (Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention): The goal of this program is to reduce adolescent pregnancy in Lexington, Newberry and Richland Counties.
