For this service, they charge a fee of anywhere from $39.95 to $79.95, according to complaints received by BBB. This service costs around $1.00 when done directly through the USPS website (https://www.usps.com). Complainants have not been able to receive refunds from the website. Mail was returned from the address listed on the website, 30 Cedar Pond Dr, Warwick RI 02886. The phone number, (201) 817-1565, is also disconnected. On May 5, 2022, BBB submitted a written request via email to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. As of July 5,2022, the business has not provided a response to BBB regarding this pattern.
