On September 16, 2020 BBB of Western Pennsylvania requested that Hippie & French, substantiate, modify or discontinue claims on their company website. The following statements were challenged:
“We have researched and verified every product on our shelves.”
“At Hippie & French we recommend taking 1-6 mg of CBD per 10 lbs of body weight. A general wellness dose is 2-3mg per 10 lbs of body weight. Excessive pain is dosed at 6 mg of CBD per 10 lbs of body weight. This dose is to be split into two doses. One in the am. One in the pm.”
“At Hippie & French we’ve done the exhausting leg work for you so you can trust you’re getting the highest quality CBD products on the market.”
“Please review the website in its entirety for use of “Asterisks” that are being misrepresented.”
