The Bureau wrote to this business on March 26,2012 requesting compliance with its voluntary Code of Advertising. To date, the company has failed to substantiate its advertising claim and provide all business names they currently are in business as. Provide all URL addresses for their business. Confirm the refinancing law practice they offer. Substantiate with evidence clients they have helped refinance and keep their homes. Offer an itemized list of where a client's money is being spent. And to validate with us as to if they provide client trust accounts. ." The information that warranted an advertising review was found on the businesses web site in March of 2012.
