- Additional Info:BBB contacted the company due to consumer complaints alleging that items ordered and paid for were not delivered. Some customers said they received items but not in agreed upon time nor were they updated to a new time. Consumers also stated they have received items and they were defective.
The Federal Trade Commissions mail order rule requires that items ordered are to be shipped within 30 days of the order if no other time frame is given. If a company can not ship within the promised time (or within 30 days if no promise was made), it must notify its customer of the delay, provide a revised shipment date and explain the customer’s right to cancel and get a full refund promptly.
