- Additional Info:BBB contacted the company due to multiple complaints alleging that consumers are paying for services that were not performed. The BBB also conducted a review of major search engines and found several review sites which confirmed similar conduct by the company in reviews filed on review sites. Finally, the BBB reviewed the company's website to determine any policies the company had regarding issues that were the subject of our investigation.
Consumers allege that they have paid for the publishing of a book and were supposed to receive a monthly statement as to what was sold. They have also claimed they were not receiving their royalties. Some consumers have stated they never received their copy of the book that they paid more than a year before.
This information was explained to the business and the BBB requested an explanation and description of how it would handle matters moving forward. As of April 15, 2020, the business has not responded to the Better Business Bureau.
