BBB contacted the company due to the consumers complaints that allege that consumers are paying deposits for work that is never done. Consumers state when they call to inform the business they do not receive a return call nor does anyone come out to do the work. These consumers have requested a refund but have not received one.
According to the PA Home Improvement Contractor’s Act S 517.8 (a2), a person commits the offense of the Home Improvement Fraud if he receives any advance payment for performing home improvement services... and the owner fails to return the payment received for such services or materials which were not provided.
