I ordered a down coat that was delivered to the wrong address by Lasership. It was left in front of the door. My neighbor actually received it and dropped it off to ***** to shop back to Adidas. I called Adidas and they said they can not refund my money nor resend another coat. I said I never received it and its being return back to you. How can Adidas charge me for something I never received? They told me to file a claim with the bank. They know the banks would issue a refund but on the other hand Adidas kept my money. I told them that this is fraud. I plan on writing a letter to the President/CEO of Adidas. I see similar complaints on here about Adidas. We all cant be wrong. I will never buy Adidas again. Please look into this fraud. Buyers beware.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I ordered sneakers and they sent me an defective shoe. Looks like two different sneakers. I called customer service to file a claim for defective product and they have been giving me a hard time trying not to replace the shoes. I have been calling and emailing and it's a dead end. I called almost everyday and spoke to several different employees over the phone and through email. They claim they cannot open the file in which I provided photos like they asked. Whats weird is I have sent the same photos through email to several other people and everyone BUT adidas can open the file fine. They are taking customers hard earn dollars and robbing us.One employee said she will forward my case to a supervisor to have them call me back no one ever returned my call or responded to my emails. I called back and asked for a manager and was told the manager on duty is NOT taking any calls and will call me back in ***** hrs "IF" they are able to solve my issue.. if they cannot solve my issue then they will not contact me at all. ADIDAS is trying to act like the customer is the issue when clearly they know they are responsible and are trying not to pay for their mistake

I placed an order on adidas ****** a few weeks ago . I was never delivered to me but i got a delivery notification. I talked to customer service they asked me yo wait 7 days to enqire about the package. Still nothing, no one contacted me after that . The order no was ACA08236120 . This is ridiculous
