On May 9, 2017, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding billing issues. Complaints allege that consumers cancelled its services with ClickNet, and discovered they were still being charged after canceling.
BBB reached out to the company in an effort to address the underlying cause(s) of its pattern of complaints. The company advised it would be submitting information to BBB.
As of June 26, 2017, BBB has not received a response from ClickNet LLC.
