On October 9, 2020, Better Business Bureau recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding delivery and customer service issues. Consumers allege they pay in advance to have their exhaust repaired by Pacific Crest Pipe Repair. Consumers allege after paying, they ship their exhaust to the business for repair. Consumers are reporting that the business is unresponsive to their inquiries regarding repairs and their exhaust systems have not been returned to them.
A search of public records through the Oregon Secretary of State Corporate Division, revealed that a new owner registered the business on February 24, 2020. The business address has changed to a location in Eagle Point, Oregon 97524.
On October 09, 2020, and October 20, 2020, Better Business Bureau reached out to the business for a response to the consumer complaints and the status of the business. A response is pending.
