- You may cancel this contract without reason from time of signature until the point of project start. To cancel, you must give notice of cancellation to the Project Manager listed, or to the office. Please note the following:
It is your responsibility to protect items in my home in jeopardy of damage due to vibrations from the loading and installation of all work performed (if applicable), and that ARMORED RESTORATION is not liable for such damages.
Any warranty for material used during the project is provided by the material manufacturer. Unless agreed upon otherwise, ARMORED RESTORATION provides a 5-Year Workmanship Guarantee on portions of the project in which ARMORED RESTORATION fully replaced any existing products. Additional 5-Year Workmanship Guarantee can be purchased at a fee.
Products - some of which may deteriorate more rapidly (ie. sealants) - should be inspected on a regular basis. ARMORED RESTORATION is not responsible for material shortage, and that I have no claim to material surpluses.
You need to be the registered owner of the associated property, and/or have the legal permission to authorize ARMORED RESTORATION to perform the work as described.
Any insurance claims are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined by my insurance company and are subject to insurance company approval.
Payment in full is due upon completion of work as stated in contract, and that all invoices not paid in full after 30 days will be subject to a 24% per annum interest charge.
The estimate is subject to customer credit approval by ARMORED RESTORATION. I agree that ARMORED RESTORATION may access my credit bureau report(s), trade references, and other credit information prior to granting credit approval.
You are responsible for all costs incurred by ARMORED RESTORATION related to the collection of late payment, including but not limited to collection agencies fees, court costs, and legal fees. ARMORED RESTORATION may place a builder’s lien(s) on my property and/or work site if the payment is not received within 90 days of the project completion. - Business Categories
