Pattern of Complaints
On January 25, 2024, Better Business Bureau recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding billing and collections, customer service, and refund/exchange issues. Consumers allege they are being charged for a monthly subscription with Vibeworx that they are unaware they were signed up for and cannot reach anyone at Vibeworx to cancel and/or get a refund.
On February 2, 2024, BBB notified Vibeworx of the complaint pattern. To date, Vibeworx has not responded to BBB’s request to address the pattern.

On January 2024, Better Business Bureau investigated Vibeworx’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by a pattern of complaints identified by BBB. Many complainants allege that when signing up their businesses for new credit card processing services, unexplained charges from Vibeworx began to accrue. BBB could not verify which or if any credit card processing company is signing their customers up for these services from Vibeworx.
On February 2, 2024 and February 13, 2024, BBB attempted to contact Vibeworx by email inquiring about the pattern of complaints. To date, BBB has not received a response from Vibeworx.
BBB visited the business’s reported location and found the address belongs to a Postal Annex.
