    Have an annual report available to all, on request, that includes: (a) the organization's mission statement, (b) a summary of the past year's program service accomplishments, (c) a roster of the officers and members of the board of directors, (d) financial information that includes (i) total income in the past fiscal year, (ii) expenses in the same program, fundraising and administrative categories as in the financial statements, and (iii) ending net assets.

Programs

Bay Area Enterprises (BAE) is a Qualified Rehabilitation Facility (QRF), meaning that 75% of its direct labor hours must be accomplished by employees with a documented disability. These disabilities prevent their employees from engaging in competitive employment over an extended period of time. Those individuals require specialized employment opportunities and training: BAE provides that needed support. Bay Area Enterprises works to help people with disabilities achieve more, focusing on three main areas to achieve this goal:Property Services: Bay Area Enterprises employs professional, trained janitors in the Coos County area and only uses chemicals certified by as “Green Seal Certified” and “US EPA” sealed. In addition, BAE provides professional carpet cleaning services with a truck-mounted extractor. The mobile crew leader is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration in professional floor care and their mobile crew cleans carpets and hard floors with the latest equipment and supplies.Bridge Operations: Bay Area Enterprises' trained and certified operators are on-site around the clock to ensure safe passage of the Charleston Bridge for all travelers.Career Development Services: Bay Area Enterprises provides one-on-one job coaching and job development for their customers. Their goal is long-term employment for their customers and employees. They have employees working in janitorial positions throughout Coos County; some employees work in the office stuffing envelopes, shredding paper, learning to clean, delivering supplies and performing general office work.
