Refund and Exchange Policy
Cancellation Terms: Thismembership is a continuous payment plan and will continue until the buyerterminates the agreement. The buyer may cancel this agreement by submitting awritten cancellation form or letter to the Riviera Corporate Office thirty (30)days prior to the due date of the next draft. This contract must remain ineffect for thirty (30) days prior to any notice of cancellation. All membershipdues and payments must be brought current. Any membership requiring a minimumnumber of monthly payments will have a surcharge for cancellation prior tomembership cancellation.
Automatic payments are processed on the first of the month.There is a $1O fee for dishonored payments. This fee will be added to the nextmonth’s payment if not paid in-store. The Riviera may re-process dishonoredpayments up to three (3) times during the month.
This plan cannot be sharedor transferred. There are no refunds for unused months. The Riviera consentsonly to agreements in writing. The Riviera may modify or cancel this plan atany time. Changes may be made by posting in the lobby of The Riviera TanningSalon Locations.
This is an open-ended agreement and payments will continueuntil a written cancellation from or letter is received by the Riviera TanningSpa Corporate Office thirty (30) days prior to payment due date. RivieraTanning Spa does not consent to verbal or faxed cancellations.
The first payment covers tanning for the next month plus anyapplicable enrollment and or processing fees. Your next payment on the first ofthe month is the prorated amount of this month. You regular membership paymentsbegin thereafter.
Payment type changes can be made any time prior to the 15thof the month at any Riviera Tanning Spa location on a Riviera Tanning Spachange form. Pre-payments are welcome, and must be made prior to the first ofthe month.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the RivieraTanning Spa corporate office at least 30 days prior to the payment date.
Freezes must be submitted in writing in-store at least 30days prior to the payment date.
There is a $10 fee for dishonored payments. This feewill be added to the next month’s payment if not paid in-store. TheRiviera Tanning Spa may re process dishonored automatic payments during themonth.
There are no refunds for unused months or packages, nor forproduct.
Any membership requiring a minimum number of monthly paymentswill have a surcharge of $99 for cancellation prior to membership agreement.
The minimum number of required payments must be fulfilledbefore cancelling or freezing and both require a thirty (30) day notice priorto the 1st.
