On March 16, 2022 the Florida Department of Finances filed fraud charges against both Brian Webb and Brandon Jourdan of Webb Roofing and Construction. Charges filed allege the business is in violation of state and federal laws prohibiting insurance fraud. The business' solicitation practices were subject to an investigation by Florida's Chief Financial Officer's Bureau of Insurance Fraud following Hurricane Irma. The matter is currently pending.
