          The company advertises that it "guarantees" consumers who use its shingles will never have another roof leak. On August 22, 2002, the BBB serving Eastern Oklahoma asked the company to substantiate this claim. The BBB asked specifically what the guarantee was, what would happen if the consumer did experience a leak (would the roof be replaced or would the cost of the roof be refunded), and whether or not the advertisement complies with the Consumer Products Warranty Act of 1975. As of this date, the BBB has not received a response from the company.
