- Refund and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature and process in which we render our services, there are NO REFUNDS. We require a 50% Non-Refundable Security Deposit to initiate the design process, then 25% payments of the remaining balance at the beginning of each phase of the design process. ALL Payments are agreed to and completed by customer upon satisfaction and understanding of the provided process as indicated in a signed sales agreement between Service Provider and Customer. A Sales Agreement is provided for review and agreement prior to any financial transactions.
Initial Security Deposit: Covers the cost of booking, researching local code, HOA, other requirements or restrictions of build site, GIS Mapping and storage of all digital media sent by customer to maintain and organize their provided hand drawn plans, pictures and etc. to be used in the process of designing and laying out construction documents.
First 25% Phase Payment: Once Customer receives their 1st Draft, they will review. Upon Approval to proceed with any revisions or changes, an upfront 25% payment of the remaining balance is invoiced. This payment covers the time and any additional research required for all future layout revisions up to the Final Construction Draft.
Final 25% Phase Payment: Once Customer is satisfied with Final Drafts and NO further changes are requested, the Final Payment is required to release an UN-Watermarked Copy of the Final Construction Plan Set. Any Changes requested after receipt of Final Plans are invoiced at an Hourly Rate if changes are of Customer decisions. Changes Required to Satisfy Customers Local Permit Department will be provided at NO Additional Cost. We provide information and request that Customer performs due diligence to ensure they are aware of any restrictions prior to the design process. Service Provider does not warrant information provided during research and is only used as a guideline along with use of recognized standard building codes and practices.
