I called them about a month ago and told them to cancel my account and subscription and that they are not authorized to take no money out of my account going further and they then charged my account in November for *****. I called them and asked to remove my information and refund me my money. They replied with no and thats not the process, i have filed a dispute and stop payment on my account for them so that they cant take no more money going furtherBusiness response

Date of transaction 11/4/2021. The call was made requesting legal services. Expectations were there due to monthly payment for that purpose.I submitted a divorce decree on 11/5/21 that needed a response within 30 days of 10/26/21. Today is 11/23/21 and I do not have any representation. I have shifted from one attorney to another stemming from no response. First Attorney *********************** spoke to and emailed divorce report from spouse attorney on 11/5 and did not hear from him until 11/18. This was several attempts and phone call from the corporate office. **** called 11/17@ 8:45 leaving a message I am on my to court, call me IF you want to talk. I returned the call no answer 11/17 nor 11:18. I called corporate and submitted an evaluation stating the value of service I was receiving and that I was Totally disappointed and dissatisfied.LegalShield sent the second referral on 11/19. I called Attorney E ***** as a courtesy call as I was instructed to do so. I called twice leaving my name and number but to this day and this hour have not been contacted by the attorney 11/23/21 @ 11:56 eastern time.I want some accountability having at this time looking at default, not responding to the 30 days notice.Never requested their services before now and I want a Total Refund of all Payments made to them.Business response
