          BBB opened its' file on Caserisa on 4.16.18 when we received a complaint from a man in Ohio who indicated he purchased a beach towel online, and was charged, but did not receive the beach towel, and the customer service phone number had been disconnected. BBB sent correspondence to Caserisa at the address which appeared on their website, 4253 Irving Rd, Worthington, OH 43085 which was returned to BBB by the US Post Office as undeliverable, no such address. Using Google, BBB further investigated and learned the website was registered to Adlan Fadlih Widagdo in Indonesia. Consumers who filed complaints with BBB were advised to file a dispute with their payment processor to preserve any billing rights they may have. Consumers who have not received items they have purchased may report their experience to our BBB Scam Tracker.
