          BBB began investigating this company when a consumer contacted our office indicating they had been unable to reach Mr. Hanyak by phone or email. Mr. Hanyak had repaired a roof for him, and offered him a warranty. However, he was unable to reach Mr. Hanyak to do the needed repairs. BBB reviewed our files, and found two other complaints had been closed as unpursuable as BBB was also unable to reach Mr. Hanyak by phone, email or mail to respond to those consumer's concerns.

          BBB reviewed Court records and found Mr. Hanyak had been ordered into Communicty Control in Delaware County during the time consumers and BBB were unable to reach him. It appears he remains unavailable. However, BBB wrote to him on 1.13.21 to the last known mailing address in files, asking him to clarify the business' operating status.
