It has been found that the customers had been scammed by a similar named company which is listed on Facebook as Skyline Party Equipments and Bouncer House Rentals.
Facebook page transparency information shows the page managers are located in Cameroon and South Africa. This company - Skyline Party Rental has reported the other similar named company to Facebook as a FRAUD, but Facebook has yet to remove the fraudulent company page.

similar to this real company. When customers google to try to find a business website in
their area they see this company (Skyline Event Rental) website and think they are ordering from this company.
