This company was brought to BBB's attention in December 2024 by consumers filing BBB Scam Tracker submissions. Consumers state they applied for a position with the company through Indeed. BBB is currently conducting an investigation to determine if the job offer is fake. We will update our file once our investigation is complete. On December 09, 2024, Prime Pack Logistics, LLC came to the attention of Better Business Bureau (BBB). At that time, a consumers submitted scam tracker reports to BBB regarding an employment scam conducted by the business in which consumers are contacted, regarding being selected for employment. Consumers mention being advised payment is $4,000.00 a month following a 30 day waiting period with options for bonuses. The job role mentioned “package inspector” and involved quality inspecting packages that the business sent either to their home or to local businesses and then shipping them to other destinations. The consumer provided additional information to help better understand the transactions between Prime Pack Logistics, LLC; including submitting a video sent from the business explaining the job role. 

BBB does not have sufficient background information on this business. BBB made multiple requests for background information from the business. BBB has not received a response from this business and/or has not been able to verify information received from this business. 

On January 14, 2025, BBB reviewed the business website and researched the business listed address. BBB has discovered the address is connected to a shopping mall. Upon making contact with the mall, it has been confirmed the business is not located inside. BBB also checked to see if the business was registered with the state or licensed. BBB did locate a registration with the Secretary of state, however it was submitted by a third-party agency. BBB made efforts to obtain any information possible from the agency and discovered that there are no background checks or requirements established in order to provide services to a business upon registering them. It appears the business may be using job search boards to conduct a scam. 

BBB was unable to locate much of an online presence for the business and note that the website was created on 11/12/2024 and updated in January 2025. BBB sent correspondence to, Prime Pack Logistics, LLC requesting the following information:

1. Physical Location(s), Please verify the physical and mailing address  
2. Preferred method of contact (mail, fax or email)
3. A brief description of the business; what specific logistics services are offered
4. Proof of Licensing in Ohio and any other states. 
5. What are the procedures for handling shipments, tracking and updates 
6. How many companies do you service for logistic services/ any partnerships or affiliations
7. What steps do you take to resolve issues with shipments or delays?
8. How do you ensure data security and privacy in your operations, especially with sensitive customer information?

BBB also requested any additional information that may help consumers better understand the business and its operations.

As of 01/14/2025, Better Business Bureau (BBB) has not received a response.
