          In July 2020, BBB contacted this firm concerning the following statement on its listing at Thumbtack.com: "We are accredited with the Better Business Bureau."
          As of December 2021, the company's website also displays the BBB Accredited Business seal. This business location is not BBB Accredited and our policies prohibit such references.
          In addition, the business's website includes the statement "Better Business Bureau A+."  The current BBB grade rating for Victor's Carpet & Flooring is F. 
          The BBB Code of Advertising states that the primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. BBB requested that the business make adjustments to the "Better Business Bureau A+" statement but did not receive a reply.
          As of December 2023, the BBB Accredited Business seal has been removed from the company's website and now includes the statement "Better Business Bureau A+. Our relentless pursuit of service excellence is reflected in our A+ BBB rating."
